SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIME

Most orders within the EU are delivered within 5-10 business days, though some exceptions may apply. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
To provide you the fastest possible delivery time and best quality, we ship all orders straight from Europe.

SHOPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping within the EU for orders over € 79,-. For orders below € 79,- we need to ask for € 5,90 to provide a fast shipping.
If you order from a courty from outside the European Union we need to calculate higher shipping costs. The exact amout will be displayed at the checkout.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries will be updated on our website from time to time. How ever, if you are not able to choose your country at checkout, feel free to contact us at [email protected] to find an individual solution.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with all the details of your order, as well as a tracking number.
In case you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

WRONG ADDRESS

In case you were unable to collect your package within the designated pickup time, or if you provided an incorrect shipping address, the items will be returned to us. Once we receive the items, we’ll notify you right away. However, please note that we won’t be able to cover the costs of reshipping.

RETURNS

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer receives the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide your order number and optionally the reason for the return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached. Products that have been used or altered in any way will not be accepted. Please note that the shipping costs for returning your item are on you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare case you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo and your order number. We’ll provide you a solution in almost no time!

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure that the product is delivered to us safely.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
